STRATEGIC PSYCHOTHERAPY

Unlock Your Potential:
Strategic Psychotherapy for Relief from Stress, Trauma, and Anxiety

Are you feeling stuck and searching for a way out? Do you want to improve your current process or find a better internal compass? Look no further because we are here to help you!

Struggling with emotional issues can be tough, but Strategic Psychotherapy is here to help. Our approach aims to provide you with new skills and processes to combat the problems you're facing.

At the core of Strategic Psychotherapy is the understanding that our stories are often our conscious minds' attempt to explain what our unconscious mind is doing. This can lead to a disconnect between the conscious and unconscious mind, which is where many issues begin.

For example, if you find yourself binge-eating a whole block of chocolate, you know logically that it's not healthy, but you still struggle with the behavior. That's where Strategic Psychotherapy comes in. We won't spend long periods of time discussing and explaining the situation and problem; instead, we'll focus on identifying existing patterns and finding new ways of viewing and responding to the problem.

We understand that some people feel that their issues come from a deep, fundamental flaw in themselves or their past, but in Strategic Psychotherapy, we see it differently. We believe that there is simply a lack of distinction and that there is a process you haven't learned that could better equip you to cope and even thrive within the problem space.

Our aim is to remodel existing patterns, call on your existing resources and skills, and even develop new patterns that will be more helpful. So, if you're struggling with emotional issues and looking for a new approach, contact us today to see how Strategic Psychotherapy can help you overcome your challenges and improve your quality of life.

So, how can Strategic Psychotherapy help us? By exploring and updating our internal maps, we can create new possibilities and more successful outcomes in life. With the guidance of a skilled therapist, we can identify our limiting beliefs, old patterns and negative self-talk, and develop new strategies to achieve our goals.

However, it is essential to remember that change requires action. It is not enough to simply feel better; we must also do better. Strategic Psychotherapy is a collaborative process between the therapist and client, and both parties must be committed to taking action and implementing changes in their lives.

If you are struggling with anxiety or other issues, consider exploring the benefits of Strategic Psychotherapy or Hypnosis. By updating your internal maps and developing new strategies for success, you can overcome obstacles and achieve your goals.

Remember, you don't just have to feel better. You have to do better.

What happens during a session?

Together, we will work on identifying where your gaps in skill sets and processes lie. We understand that most of our actions and beliefs occur at the unconscious level, and there are finer distinctions that go into getting better outcomes in life.

During our hypnosis sessions, we spend time discussing your history and concerns, as well as any goals you have. We take the time to work through some of the key areas we will need to focus on in order to achieve long-term results and make sure we’re on the same page. Our sessions are very individualised, and you set the pace based on what you want to achieve.

The session generally takes 60 minutes and is recorded, so you have the recording to refer back to. We will also provide a small amount of homework that needs to be completed after each session to help you continue your progress.

Don't let your struggles define you. Take the first step and call us to book your session now.

How is Clinical Hypnosis used in the Strategic Psychotherapy?

By combining Strategic Psychotherapy with Clinical Hypnosis, a safe and therapeutic environment is created that facilitates powerful and positive changes. The strategic approach involves the therapist guiding the client through targeted questions that help them identify ineffective thought patterns and behaviours that keep them feeling stuck.

These patterns are brought to light, interrupted, and replaced with more beneficial processes that help the client move forward. By changing negative thoughts and behaviours, long-lasting improvements can be achieved.

If you've ever felt trapped by your thoughts or behaviours, it's essential to recognize that taking action is the first step towards creating change. As a therapist, I can help you identify and address any internal or external factors that are holding you back.

Together, we'll uncover gaps in your thought processes, and discover 'aha' moments that help you see things from a more resourceful perspective. With this new insight, you'll learn to recognise the unconscious patterns that have been keeping you stuck, and work to develop healthier, more effective behaviours and thought patterns.

Using clinical hypnosis, we'll work to deliver these new patterns in a relaxed and focused state, allowing you to incorporate them more easily and quickly. With my support, you can create better outcomes for yourself, leading to a happier, healthier life.

If you're ready to take the first step towards a more positive future, contact me today to start your journey. I'm here to help you develop the skills and resources you need to create the life you deserve.

5 benefits of conducting Strategic Psychotherapy

Life can be tough, and we all face significant events that shape us. However, is this the whole truth? We believe that the way we interpret things and our coping style, commonly referred to as your cognitive style, determine how we experience life and the issues we struggle with. Strategic Psychotherapy can be a powerful tool for achieving positive change in your life.

Here are five reasons why you might consider seeking Strategic Psychotherapy:

1. Addressing specific issues: Strategic psychotherapy is designed to target specific issues and problems, such as anxiety, depression, addiction, phobias, and more. By working with a skilled therapist, you can address these issues directly and find strategies for managing and overcoming them.

2. Deepening self-awareness: Through strategic psychotherapy, you can gain a better understanding of yourself and your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. This self-awareness can help you identify patterns that may be holding you back and develop strategies for making positive changes.

3. Building coping skills: A key component of strategic psychotherapy is learning coping skills to help you manage stress and difficult emotions. These skills can include relaxation techniques, mindfulness exercises, and cognitive-behavioural strategies.

4. Improving relationships: Strategic psychotherapy can also help improve your relationships with others. By gaining a better understanding of your own emotions and behaviours, you can learn to communicate more effectively and build stronger, healthier relationships.

5. Achieving personal growth: Ultimately, strategic psychotherapy can be a powerful tool for achieving personal growth and development. By working with a skilled therapist, you can identify your goals and develop strategies for achieving them, whether that means building confidence, improving self-esteem, or pursuing new opportunities.

 CUSTOMER'S FEEDBACKS

"It was a meeting of souls, from the first session. I felt super comfortable opening up about my life, which with her sweetness and insights, made me get rid of several childhood traumas, she helped me at the most decisive moment in my life! With her, I learned the true meaning of life, and today I am enormously grateful for her and I thank God every day for having placed her in my life. I'm sure it has already helped many people and will continue to help many others. Because all that love and kindness has to be shared by more people who are in need. Much gratitude and all the luck in the world to you!"
