Our mission is to help people overcome emotional difficulties and find balance and purpose in their lives. We understand that emotional distress can be overwhelming and affect all areas of life, so we provide a safe and supportive environment where you can heal and grow.

As an experienced Psychotherapist with over 40 years of experience, I am trained in a variety of evidence-based practices, including Hypnotherapy and Strategic Psychotherapy, Frequencies of Brilliance, Vibrational Life Coach, Mana, and Reiki. I take a personalised approach to each individual's needs, and my goal is to provide effective treatment that fits your unique circumstances.

As a Psychotherapist, I help people become their better selves by eliminating sadness, fears, anxiety, and traumatic memories, as well as by empowering them to see themselves in a positive light.

Our calling

To help everyone love themselves, empower themselves, and have a deep experience with their inner selves.

From an early age, I felt a calling to develop people and help them become closer to their essence and Divine Selves. I believe that life, in all its magnificence, presents us with opportunities to be instruments of change in this world, and as long as I have the means to do so, I will continue to pursue this calling.

With the sun in Pisces and the moon in Cancer, I am a highly sensitive, flexible, and empathetic person. Although my life has been filled with emotional challenges, these obstacles have strengthened me and shaped me into the person I am today.
