How Sessions Work

Whether in person or online, Empathy Therapy sessions are gentle, intuitive, and deeply transformative.

In-person sessions are held in a quiet, supportive space in Port Macquarie, where you are guided to relax while the session unfolds through presence, attunement, and subtle energetic and emotional awareness.

Online sessions are just as effective. At an agreed time, you rest in a quiet space at home while the process is guided remotely, allowing connection, insight, and shifts to occur beyond physical proximity.

Each session lasts around 60 minutes, and there is nothing you need to do but be open and present.

Empathy Therapy does not require effort or analysis, only a willingness to allow what is ready to be seen, felt, and transformed.
